OFFICIAL RULES: THE "UNITE EVENT SAFE-CRACKER" RAFFLE

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Hekima Business Solutions “Safe-Cracker” Raffle (the “Raffle”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, and staff of Hekima Business Solutions (“Sponsor”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND LOCATION

The online registration portion of the Raffle begins on Monday, June 15, 2026, and ends on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 7:00 AM Central Time (CT) (the “Entry Period”).

The physical “Safe-Cracking” attempts will take place exclusively at the Hekima Booth located inside the Unite Event exhibition hall during standard hall hours within the Entry Period. The Sponsor reserves the right to remove the safe nightly for secure storage, during which times no attempts can be made.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY

To participate, eligible individuals must complete the following steps:

  1. Online Registration: Visit the official designated Raffle website during the Entry Period and complete the registration form with
your true, legal first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
  2. Code Assignment: Upon successful registration, the system will randomly assign the entrant a unique, four (4)-digit numerical code via email.
  3. The Safe Attempt: The entrant must physically visit the Hekima Booth at the Unite Event during the Promotion Period and input their assigned 4-digit code into the electronic safe.

Limit: One (1) registration and code assignment per person for the entire event. Codes are strictly single-use. Any entrant attempting to obtain more than one code by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or logins will void all of that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or bartered.

4. WINNING MECHANICS AND ODDS OF WINNING

  • The Mechanics: The electronic safe contains a pool of exactly 250 unique 4-digit codes, exactly one (1) of which is programmed to
unlock the safe. Codes are distributed randomly to registrants by the online platform.
  • The Winning Event: A participant is declared a potential winner only if their uniquely assigned code successfully unlocks the safe when entered by them in person at the Hekima Booth. If the code does not open the safe, the participant does not win.
  • Odds: The odds of any single assigned code being the winning code are mathematically fixed at 1 in 250.
  • Unclaimed Prize / No Winner: Because the winning code is generated randomly from the pool, it is possible that the winning code is assigned to a registrant who fails to physically attend the booth to try it. If no entrant successfully unlocks the safe during the Promotion Period, the prize will not be awarded at this event and will be securely retained and reused by Hekima Business Solutions in a future, unrelated promotion.

5. PRIZE DETAILS AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

  •  Prize: One (1) new men’s Cartier Tank watch.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,000.00 USD.
  • Restrictions: The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all costs, transportation, and travel expenses associated with attending the event and claiming the prize.

6. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY

The safe opening constitutes a “potential win” and is subject to verification of identity and eligibility by the Sponsor.

  • Identity Verification: The individual attempting to claim the prize must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo
identification (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) that exactly matches the legal name provided during the online registration.
  • Mandatory Tax Documentation: Because the ARV exceeds federal reporting thresholds, the potential winner must successfully
complete, sign, and return the appropriate IRS tax forms before the prize can be legally transferred. U.S. residents must complete an
IRS Form W-9. Canadian residents must complete an IRS Form W-8BEN (and acknowledge that the prize may be subject to standard
non-resident tax withholdings under IRS regulations). Refusal to sign required tax documents will result in immediate forfeiture of
    the prize.
  • Prize Handover: The physical prize will be officially handed over to the verified winner at 9:00 AM Central Time (CT) on Thursday,
June 18, 2026, at the Hekima Booth at the Unite Event. If a potential winner is disqualified, cannot be verified, or fails to appear to
claim the watch at the designated handover time, the prize will be deemed forfeited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify Hekima Business Solutions, the Unite Event organizers, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed registrations; (ii) electronic, network, computer, or software malfunctions, including mechanical or digital failures of the electronic safe or code generation platform; or (iii) any typographical or printing errors in these rules or promotional materials.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

This Raffle and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the District of Columbia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Washington, D.C.

The Raffle is sponsored solely by: Hekima Business Solutions Washington, D.C.
